Everyone associates it with breakfast… But do you know why orange juice is better than any other juice?

Orange juice has a superior nutritional profile.

It is high in potassium and citric acid, which can break down toxins in the body. Potassium also helps transport glucose to the body's cells (it acts like insulin).

If you consume a SAD, or any other diet containing exogenous carbohydrates this is an absolute necessity, as those foods create free radicals in the body along with other things however the body creates its own antioxidants so if you were per se on a raw animal foods diet it would not be as beneficial as to others. Just putting my piece in, this is a good option for those not able to cosnume raw animal foods
