not really, self defence requires a reasonable use of force and a man vs a cybertruck is not an equal and justified amount of force so even that would not hold up in court, furthermore the fact hes on a myriad of drugs would be seen as an aggravating factor, making his sentence harsher

I think he has some extreme mental illness or childhood trauma or something and I feel bad for him
