Feeling more pressure on one side may indicate that the muscles in that area are more active or that there are minor anatomical differences. Often, this can be balanced by correcting your posture and spreading your chewing habits to both sides.
If you hear clicking or popping sounds in your jaw joint. If you experience significant pain or stiffness on one side. If you develop a very sharp asymmetry in your face that is noticeable to others. You should definitely see an orthodontist.
