At best, I will surgerymaxx January-June, then I will travel across northern, central and eastern Europe, through Asia, across America and then into Latin America.
At worst, I will surgerymaxx January-August (longer recovery) and then just travel to Japan, Korea, China and go hiking, snowboarding and have cute dates (it would be my first time as an ugly awkward subhuman 6'0 manlet virgin in my twenties who has never dated or travelled alone before).
At the very worst, I will surgerymaxx (get botched), complain about my face here, and never leave my bedroom again, doomed to a life of basement dwelling as a social recluse unless I can get more surgeries to fix my hypothetically botched face.
