Discussion thoughts on eyelash serums to reduce eyelid fat?

eyelid fat can weaken the eyelid crease, causing high eyelid exposure. Polyglutamic acid (PGA) in eyelash serums like Latisse can fat atrophy around the eye area and cause sunken eyes. what abt if you use the eyelash serum on the eyelid area in moderation, avoiding every other part? I've seen only one person suggest it for fixing eye area b4. Idk tho is there any other ways to reduce eyelid fat/skin without blepharoplasty?
