Sparkling water is more hydrating than regular water (based on science) and they're more minerals in it. Some sparkling water have high potassium so it's a good choice

shouldnt drink if you have a weak stomach/reflux
better than drinking soda

what i do is i take jam (get no added or low sugars or homemade), stir it with the water, and then filter out the seeds and pulp
natural soda

dont drink too much
since you seem to like it try to keep it 1x a day max
