Good or a bad idea?
I would say complaining about my life is probably the activity that feels the best out of anything I’ve done aside from sleeping. Genuinely mean that.
Obviously a therapist will only offer me copes, but at the very least, they’ll probably listen and try to avoid being too antagonistic towards me, right?
Like I’ll trauma dump to randoms on discord, but too often they’ll be like “ugh i dont careeee” or say some rude hateful dismissive shit.
Seeing hookers also makes me feel good, but it’s expensive and shameful, and I don’t really like talking to them since they are usually old/ugly(attractive women are too expensive to visit regularly). I could probably just find some decent looking female therapist to dump my issues onto every now and then.
