Discussion Thoughts on seed oils? (I'm making a thread on it)

The dosage is making the poison anyways. If you use cold-pressed pumpkin, linseed or rapeseed oil once in a while in your salad, you aren't gonna nuke your omega 3/6 ratio.

If you consume large quantities of hexane-based mass produced seed oils, yeah you're gonna feel the side effects long term

They are unnatural and unhealthy as fuck. Only Olive oil is healthy option. Mustard oil is okay. Soyabean, Sunflower, canola, rapeseed, linseed, safflower, sesame, all these oils are high in PUFAs and cause inflammation.

Healthy options – olive oil, Argan oil, avocado oil, lard, ghee, butter, tallow

Our ancestors never used to cook food with oil.
