You have a slightly recessed maxilla but it’s very symmetrical, you might have sleep apnea because of it (if you wake up tired in the morning you probably do). A Lefort 1 would be covered by insurance if you have sleep apnea and would take away your sleep apnea completely, improve your breathing, and would give you way better midface projection which gives you the model cheek contours you’re probably looking for. And gives you a more upturned nose and better side profile. Lefort 1 might be the move, OMS surgeons are pretty common nowadays it would be worth having a consultation with one
The way you can tell is by the slightly downturned and sunken in nose, no cheek contours even though you’re obviously pretty lean, and the eye bags which mean you don’t have much forward projection in your infraorbital/upper maxilla area. A Lefort 1 or maybe a modified Lefort 1 with a “High-cut” would probably be life changing not just aesthetically but functionally too. Your breathing & sleep get major boosts, your bite becomes perfect which protects your jaw from wear over time and also stops a lot of migraines that come from jaw tension, your smile gets wider with better teeth show, your jawline and gonial angle become sharper and more projected, you get better cheek contouring, a more upturned nose with better nostril show, eye bags will pretty much disappear, and facial skin will be much tighter because your bones are set further forward after the surgery. Sorry for all the info I’m obsessed with facial aesthetics, working on mine currently because I’m chopped hopefully some part of this was useful
