So many people get overrated because of their eye area. Not knowing that their alar base width will keep them capped at mtn, and their mouth to nose ratio caps them even further. I'm only writing this because I notice it considerably, especially on tiktok and should be more known. Identify these flaws ASAP if you have them. Makes a huge difference for normies with average jaws and can make or break your lower third.

1.5-1.6 Mouth to nose ratio is law

Perfect example, 1.58~ vs almost 1.1:

Descends his lower third considerably, not exactly proportionate but you can imagine the difference it would make for most normies.

Best way to go about it is identifying your flaws and either getting:

-MSE or Bimax
obviously widens your smile and pushes your lips to an extent

-
Alarplasty/Rhinoplasty
Self explanatory, actual lifefuel

Depending on your flaw, there are also various nose reduction or lip widening softmaxxes.

MSE won't really affect the width of the soft tissue mouth - bimax could help but only in extreme cases where the maxilla is vertically deficient - this only soft tissue stretching

to actually widen the lips/mouth you need a lateral commissuroplasty - good luck finding a surgeon who does this

one thing I would like to add is the ratio of lip width:bigonial width

notice how his lips descended hard - imo his before was better - find an optimum balance between the two

great explanation by Dr Rad - ignore his zesty voice

Thanks for the explanation, i had heard about lateral commissuroplasty but didn't know it was hard to find a surgeon to do, does it have a high botch rate or something?

Anyway to widen lips without surgery tho?
