Yeah
ThanksTo be 100% honest, it just looks like normal skin texture to me. Sadly for us humans, our skin is constantly exposed to the outside elements. If it's really something that bothers you, I suggest talking to a dermatologist. There's several causes of the 'acne' or 'bumps' you will see on your skin, and it's namely fungi, bacteria, hormonal or over production of sebum. If you're washing your face daily with a cleanser, then it might be something you'd want to get antibiotics for instead. If they don't think it's fungi or bacterial, it might be a hormonal thing.
You could try a chemical peel / Accutane but I don't think you truly need that in your case. All things considered, it looks fairly fine. It might be the image itself as it's a bit blurry for me but I wouldn't stress too much. I would get basic topical acne treatment for the tiny spot on your nose and that'd be it, really.
More importantly, twice a day at the very minimumDo you wash your face every day?
No i wash with a cleanser once per dayMore importantly, twice a day at the very minimum
Thats not enoughNo i wash with a cleanser once per day
Normally twice is ideal. Before and after bed is normally what I would recommend. If your skin dries out too much by washing it that often (as some people might experience dryness) you'd want to get a hydrating cleanser. No i wash with a cleanser once per day
Which salicylic acid product do you useSalicylic acid + cold water for face wash + silk pillow + panoxyl face wash
