Serious Tips for studying physics?

Assuming you understand the concepts it’s basically just maths proficiency

If the part you’re struggling with is that, all you can really do to improve is understand the methods used (as opposed to just memorising it) and practice exam style questions

Yeah I dont know how to apply the formulas in problems since every single one is so different and I cant really see the pattern
