.First and foremost DO NOT GET OBSESSED with your looks or that of others. It's pointless to compare yourself to the top 1% (if not higher) when you're realistically not even competing with them. You wouldn't compare yourself to LeBron James or Cristiano Ronaldo, would you?
You can avoid this by not looking in the mirror too much or obsessively taking photos, don't try to morph yourself, edit your photos, or get stuck on the what if? You won't notice the progress day by day and it can often make you lose motivation
.DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. I don't care how many people tell you something doesn't work or if it does (though if alot of people are saying somethings cope it probably is) do your own research. I personally like to look up antidotes and results through reddit, forums, tiktok and YouTube. This is the way you will learn the most. .ORG AND .COM ARE NOT HOLY GRAILS, nor is any other forum. Most people do not have alot of knowledge beyond the basics, if that.
.LOOKS ARENT THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS. I see alot of people claiming to be khhv or incels or whatever, but they're not actually ugly. Picture this, two girls or guys like you (hard to believe I know.) They're both 5s but the 2nd has a better personality, pretty obvious which one you're gonna choose right? Most people you are competing with are a similar looks level to you, every little helps. So no smelling good, dressing nice and having a charisma isn't cope.
.THERES NOTHING TO LOSE IN TRYING. people will without a doubt call you ugly or a lower rate than you usually get, you'll have bad days and setbacks where you think to yourself, "what's the point?" Trust me, if you give up now or slip up you will regret it later. A good example is Megan fox, I don't think anyone would expect her to become the stacy she is today looking at her younger self, many psl gods were bullied for their looks when they were younger, many psl gods and htns/htbs still get called ugly (though rarley of course.) Now this isn't to say you'll become a chad or that you're secretly a htb and everyone's lying to you. I'm saying that people will always lie, that you can always change and to never give up. Whether you ascend to htn or only manage to reach mtn, it's better than whatever you would've been if you never tried or gave up right?
