i am 158 cm M17 (rip) my dad is 5 4 and my mom is like 5 1, i was wondering what the maximum height i can achieve naturally before my growth plates close, and if there is anyway to delay my growth plates from fusing, and if i should get height lengthening surgery in the future. if there is any peptides i can use to aid my height growth, please name them.

Yeah you're almost done in your growth, try to use hgh but don't expect to be 6'0 with your genetics, you don't need a height lengthening surgery that much but being this short will be looksmin for sure so you do what you want, mark solution, it's the check on the right

I think u can grow the cartilage in between the discs in ur spine aswell for an extra 2 inches of hieght at any age

if ur growth plates are still genuinely open use an aromatase inhibitor to delay growth plate closure, blast hgh, take msm for better joints/better posture giving the effect that your taller use vitamin d3 k2 and zinc.
these might help you grow only if ur growth plates are open if they arent just use msm for like an extra 1-2cm

Dhea is recorded to increase intervertabral plates by 1mm each. Totalling abt 2.5 inches. Best bet for hieght growth is hgh. Apparently royal jelly is known to increase gh levels and taking tren increases igf sensitivity from what I've heard . If all of this ends up being proven u could prolly reach 6.0 or above if ur lucky. Dm me if u want help with using hgh and managing sides. Give solution pls

im 99% sure i wont even reach 5 10 let alone 6 foot , but regardless im grateful for both of u guys tips and hopefully see if it helps me.
