tips on heightmaxxing and what is the maximum height i can reach without surgery

am 158 cm M17 (rip) my dad is 5 4 and my mom is like 5 1, i was wondering what the maximum height i can achieve naturally before my growth plates close, and if there is anyway to delay my growth plates from fusing, and if i should get height lengthening surgery in the future. if there is any peptides i can use to aid my height growth, please name them.

im just as desperate as you are

i take vitamin k2d3, liquid arginine, vitamine e
i stretch as much as possible

its kinda cope but whatever silences my thoughts. if you're willing to be crippled for a while you can do the surgery

You most likely cooked but you could try getting a x-ray to see if growth plates are opened if so nuke your E2 15pg/dl and used hgh 0.125iu/kg and wear lift and save up for ll

if ur growth plates are still genuinely open (get a xray) then eat tons of raw foods and blast hgh
