I think bone shaving realistically will give you the biggest ROI in your situation, look into that and save up ASAP it will be life changing, rhinoplasty would be another thing for you to ascend, your eye area isn't good, but that's the least of your concerns right now since when you look more feminine as you should, a girl can get away with having poor eye area, hope this helps

tbh the only softmaxx you could really do for now is get a hairstyle that covers your forehead and fake lashes to help with your eye area

dude she should not be dying her eyebrows, her main goal is to look more feminine, her having thick darker eyebrows would just make her look more of a man

i'd say she needs to shape them up a little for sure cause they are messy, but definitely not dye them

ngl other than makeup, hair and surgery try to fix your coloring in some way. contacts could work but warning they can really look really uncanny on some. I would only use once you have fixed the other things wrong in your eye area. example: the girl in the pic below lowkey gets carried by her eye color.

she needs to grow out the ends of her eyebrows and yeah she does need shape them , dying both the eyebrows and the eyelashes will give her eye area a mroe defined look, well defined eyebrows can create an attractive framing effect.
