Hydrogen peroxide whitening strips. Seems to be the only way to safely whithen teeth alongside regular fluoride toothpaste and a basic electric/manual toothbrush
Avoid the baking soda/sodium bicarbonate and charcoal pastes, it's like sandpaper to your enamel and avoid also the purple toothpaste it's a gimmick

I recommend doing a whitening procedure at the dentist. When you do it at home with peroxide hydrogen it will end up touching your gums and can cause harm, most whitening procedures at home too. Whitening toothpaste are usually safe tho
