well for me in canada it’s free because it’s deemed as a health risk. if ur lucky and anything is like that it could be free depending on where u live. but regular surgeries r usually over 10k if im not wrong. and no it doesnt have to be a big issue , in like 2020 everyone on tiktok was getting a septoplasty bc even the smallest deviation u could get the surgery
