So I used to think that of all the surgeries this was one of the simpler ones.

but there is something very serious that can come from it called ENS (empty nose syndrome)

Basically your nose will feel as if it’s permanently locked making breathing extremely hard, and it’s not curable depending on the case

The doctors to preform this surgery remove it with their hands so a very delicate part of ur nose all in the hands of a doctor.

I’ve heard of ppl who kill themself because life becomes unbearable they describe it as being permanently waterboarded

So maybe consider this risk since it really does sound like a hellish feeling to be permanently unable to breath well from ur nose for the rest of ur life
