personally i wear mascara daily and i dont get any negative effects at all. you shouldnt be using a waterproof mascara daily tho im pretty sure that would rip ur lashes out over time
too faced volumising mascara for the bulk of ur lashes for density and telescopic on the very ends for length. if u dont wanna buy two different mascaras i think too faced is the best ive tried so go for that

I use a erborian cleansing oil , then a water based one . And I remove the excess with a svr thing I’ll send a pic when I go home

if u use high quality products and remove it correctly ur lashes will be fine. just make sure that when u remove it u do it gently and upwards, dont rub them
