Yeah the binging and cravings don't allow that anymore no matter what I try to stop giving in, also nature is fucking horrible in the tropics

I am aware but the issue is resisting long enough not to do it, I've basically just decided to LDAR since at this point its just running in circles, but its still fun to imagine having high E and actually being able to act like a woman

When you have fat and high estrogenic activity,it won’t just be in the thighs or glutes,high estrogen caused a mild layer of fat on the stomach,you won’t have a completely skinny stomach.

idk what mtb means but i'ma assume it means mid. in this case being mid or average would be better and u would feel at least normal. is feeling like ur so disgusting that u dont deserve happiness better? if it is that's fine but it's not like it's not within reach

Mid is not worth giving up one of the only actual sources of joy such as food and torturing myself by going outside in 90 degree weather iwth 90% humidity and swathes of mosquitoes, mid is not worth working out for hours each week, mid isn't worth 100K.

Im at a loss and at this point LDAR is the best option since I"ll never be particularly desirable even if I actually get help and learn how to interact with human beings.

that's ur answer then. i am personally an actual fiend for food and struggle with binging a lot. i think u can make progressive changes. like u dont gotta eat only lettuce and a slim piece of grilled chicken and rice every meal. you can start by replacing some food you already enjoy with something a bit more healthier, be it lower in calories or higher quality ingredients, etc. like if i love chocolate and im ok with nuts, i will get one of those trail mix things. you just gotta find the middle ground and it improves over time.

smaller breasts shouldn’t have too much fat in them.
Gaining too much fat and expecting it to be on the thighs,glutes and breasts is impossible because of the size.
And honestly,breast tissue can be increased by increasing and fixing your hormone balance.

The issue is that might not be possible, its pretty far into puberty and I have likely inherited osme hormonal issues from my mom
 
Basically I started puberty kind of early and started developing at age 8, like I had my growth spurt early and for awhile was the tallest in my class plus I grow facial hair which means I might be screwed

I thought you could only do that by blasting estrogen, also again cravings and bad self-discipline are stopping me but I can always blast estrogen if I can find where to get it

Blasting estrogen can be harmful,it disrupts the menstrual cycle pretty easily.
You don’t want that,you would have a huge hormone imbalance when you stop.

That’s why naturally increasing estrogen mostly with dietary measures which plays a role,a high amounts of B vitamins balance out your hormone cycle and having a high micronutrient intake in general will have a responsibility of increasing your estrogen.
