i have aromasin but how often would i take. i know its extremely heavy, but ive heard a lot of test fusing growth plates which would be horrid for me

@spreading love recomended to do a loading phase at the start of aromasin.
dosage depends on ur current estrogen levels and on the amount of test you are taking,

test doesnt fuse growth plates, its the high estrogen you get from ur body trying to adapt to the amount of test you are taking.

i always recomend people to get a bloodtest before, during and´after the cycle,

my handrule is 400mg of test = , its a bit more complicated then that ofc

250mg is on the lower end so i would recomend, i would recommend 12,5 mg of aromasin every other day,

ones you have been on test with aromasin for a few days you should go test ur hormones,

if ur e2 levels are not on the lower end of 40-160 pmol/L you should change the dose,

tldr: 12,5mg every other day is the normal starting point, ones you checked ur levels go and adjust till you have the optimal range.

nah, aromasin is dosed higher then other ai's,

it is still not as liked bc it permanently binds to enzymes,

but thats not a problem bc ur body generates new enzymes every day.

ur levels will be normal again after at max a month
