Lifefuel / Motivation Today i finally reached new bench press pr

When I first joined the gym 3 years ago, I was lifting around 100 kg before that i was only doing home body workout or pullups. My chest and shoulder strength were always on point. Now, after 3 years of consistent training without any breaks, Ive hit a 165 kg lift. I haven’t tested my PR in years, but I’m proud of myself—especially considering my body fat is fairly low. Iam nearly there to not be anorexic chat :love: and to think it all started from this point
