Today I tried to stop my supposed ED

I keep hesring about goatis but apparently he murdered his wife and daughter
lol he didn’t, some of his fans attacked his ex wife but she is ok now . regardless of his actions his diet advice is really good

There's been a push to destigmatize the words 'processed food' because it's a bit misleading. Bread is technically processed food, flour is, etc.

They're trying to make the clarification of 'processed food' and 'ultra processed food' as two different categories of processed foods.

People are always going to suggest eat raw but let's be realistic man most people not going to go from an ultra processed diet to a raw diet lmao

Admittedly, the primal diet is not accessible to a majority of Americans, it's possible and very doable but requires you to be shopping savvy and money savy and admittedly Americans are not known for being good at either of those things (Just statistically speaking) and if you're a minor in foster care then your freedom of choice is going to depend solely on the kindness of your foster parents.

If you struggle with binging, attempting to make dramatic changes in your diet is just going to make you relapse. The best thing to do is introduce food over time and slowly remove ultra processed foods.

Is what you ate today not ideal? Sure. Did you overeat or binge today? If the answer was no, then you should see that as a successful day. If the answer is yes, then that should be your goal for tomorrow.

I would recommend looking into eating eggs in the morning if that's an option for you. You can make them in a variety of ways. Add veggies into them, or cheese, etc., and then have a protein/meat with it. It's traditionally bacon in an American diet but it's not really that healthy for you. Chicken is normally recommended.

If your concern is not being knowledgeable or simply not allowed to cook or prepare your food (I don't know your situation) then look into gadgets that will allow you to prepare your eggs in the microwave. Admittedly it's kind of cursed, but if it makes that item more accessible to you, then it's worth the investment.
