ts is not healthy if true

oh no, why?
Trying to lose weight before the fasting month start. Currently I do OMAD but then I have to eat a predawn meal and dinner as well. I did not plan on getting to day 6. Told myself I would go for 1 day only but then I kept going.

yo wild shit
are u mega disciplined or are u on something?

I am doing it naturally, so I guess you could say I'm disciplined. I did this once in 2019 and then once again in 2024. But not for this long. Ah wait, in 2021 I did it for 8 days but only because I was extremely depressed.

Ramadan is almost here bhai you gonna fast anyways save your energy now
That's why I'm doing this. I started dieting a few weeks ago, but all my progress will be in vain since I will have to switch from OMAD to TMAD (two meals a day), causing me to gain weight and thus lose motivation. If I weigh myself after the fasting month, and I see that I have gained a bunch of weight despite having started dieting three months ago, at that point, then I will be completely demotivated. As a result, I will stop wanting to diet altogether and I'll just let myself go again.

Wow didn't know @Gengar was a teenage foid !

how do you feel brother
I felt totally normal, only thing that changed was sleep, I got insomnia from not eating lol. Anyway I ate like an hour earlier so it’s all good now.

I wasn’t hungry until today, so I decided to eat. So after 120 hours is when I felt hunger. However it wasn’t overwhelming or anything. Also uhhh I got a heightened sense of smell, food started to smell sooo good even if I didn’t like it normally. Funny how that works.
