Just enough to be in a deficit

Fat:43.5 g protein:56 g carbs:210 g cals1440

1 pack of freeze dried strawberries and bananas
1 southwest chicken wrap
1 smoothie thing
(Apple banana oats milk) helps with digestion and shit and dense with nutrients I should probably add protein powder tho

Might eat lunch meat instead of the fruit cuz I could eat like 2 servings for 20g protein and get like 70 g protein I need like 120 g tho pls send help idk how to get that without protein shakes or protein bars and my dad's being an ass and is convinced it'll make me gain weight (I'm also limited on beef jerky cuz i ate 10 oz in one day and that was my savior)


My until mate goal is to get to 115 lbs then gain 10 lbs of muscle to stay lean and healthy I'm like 5'7 so that's bmi 19 or so

I also haven't lifted weights since last summer cuz of medical issues
