you lost weight first then build muscle ?
at 13 my weight was 49kg skinnyfat, now at 16 i am 74kg around 14%bf, i did cut for 6months and lost 3kgs of muscle but i luckily regained them

you are taller than me. Can you build muscle if you are really skinny without bulking first ?
yes, but its far from optimal, to build muscle optimaly you need a caloric surpluss, and im not talking about a 10% differance here. if u are a beginner who is skinnyfat i recomend to leanbulk and cut later, but you could also do an aggressive cut then build muscle later

im 176cm and 50kg, no muscles, and female
