I use this site to vent as a coping mechanism

and I exaggerated somethings that weren't true as a form to get any sense of "control" over anything in my life
not to make an excuse because what I said is inexcusable but so much as happened within the past 3 months and I took it out on somebody who I held dear.

I didn't even mean the things I said, I just said them to feel control over anything.
Her and her family will never forgive me and my own sisters view me differently

Honestly man you did nothing wrong. I also use this site to vent any and all thoughts. It's not representative of who I am. You didn't deserve this. Nobody is entitled to your inner thoughts.
