These are pics from my 2nd beehive where you can see in details the bees working.

The pink circles are honey
The green circle is pollen
The blue circle is males eggs
And the red circle is regular bees

Doesn't work this way. In short we have an extraction season during June to August and everything else are for them.
I need find honey extraction comb and pots pics hold on

Males bees are just here to eat honey and go outside reproducing with the virgin queens. Like us moids after all.

Yeah if your queen lay far more worker bees it means she's healthy. The opposite means the end of the beehive

how many queens are there just one no?
so is it once in a blue moon they reproduce?

i thought it was like once a year after the change of the queen bee
they go out and find a mate and thats it till the queen dies

the queen lays eggs non-stop during the mating season so she basically keeps getting impregnated by any male bees

This was last year honey extraction. Not bad for an amateur beekeeper.
I'll try to grow more and more beehives years after years

The virgin queen fly for few days and get basically reproduced by hundreds of males, and once she come back home, she starts laying eggs everyday until she hasn't enougj sperm stocked anymore, meaning the workers bees will start feeding royal jelly to an egg and create a new fresh queen

And yes just one queen

only the fastest male bees i think can do it cause the bee goes super high up and goes super fast and the drone bees follow and whoes the fastest like gets her

Wasps don't attack bees, you mean hornets ? The european don't defend herself much against hornets compared to the asian bees

They rush into the beehive and hide
As beekeepers we install smoll doors so only bees can come in come out, the hornets are too big to come in through those doors
