I think it's overrated, most changes are minor, unless you had insanely crooked fucked up teeth or you have an extreme overbite and fixed it young it's benefits aren't much

also they're expensive, i've heard people spending like 5k and more on braces or invisalign, unironically at that point you could've put that money towards surgerymaxxing
