He defeated Darkseid [who is so powerful that he creates a shadow form of himself to earth because he's a cosmic being like dormamu

Sentry is boundless
Any think he believes in will happen
This is proven by the void entity that was a part of him
And in many other comics
base sentry is not boundless, i'd say universal-low multiversal. he's inconsistent as shit depending on his mental state tho

Yes he is inconsistent mainly due to shit writers having control over him. Some killing him and later admitting that they didn’t know what to do with him.
But sentry can do anything in fiction if he truly believes he can do it. As when he wanted to die in the sun, the void tells him he doesn’t want it enough. And later after seeing the damage and death he has caused, he tells Thor to kill him, this time truly meaning it. And that allows Thor to one shot him after not being able to put a scratch on him.

But I feel like once you get to the high tiers scaling seems to get inconsistent
yeah he's powerful as shit, mostly the writer stuff has to do with plot. if he just came in a perfect mental and r***d everyone no one would buy the comic. if base sentry was fully mentally sound i'd put him at low multiversal. with his boosts and shi, hyper/outerversal+ easy.

only not boundless bc that requires complete transcendence over any sort of hierarchy
