I don’t think completely blunting systemic DHT is a good thing

This hormone is there for a reason just like any other hormone

In most people, from what I've seen dht does more harm than good. If you're already suffering from hair loss, and you want to keep your hair, it's better to just go on Dutastride or any systemic anti androgen.

I'll continue waiting to see if they come up with the "solution" because every year they say they found the magic cure and still, nothing.

Regardless, Dihydrotestosterone is quite useless after puberty.

which ones RU58841? DHT is useless after puberty, only a looksmin and all the sides from blocking it are mostly placebo.
