Theoretically, could topical minox work on lashes? Ik you’re not supposed to cus it can damage ur eyes, but I’ve hit a dead end on lash growth over the counter. Lmk

it has a mild systemic absorption, It stimulates hair follicles by increasing blood flow which makes It grow more
