You could optimize this, for one a table is not enough, I'd recommended putting like thousands of spikes across the table on their back, since the amount of spikes it wouldn't kill but it'd be much more uncomfortable, 2nd, putting them upside down would rush the blood to the head, making it much worse for the victim, the skin removal is a good idea but I'd personally opimise it with alcohol instead of salt, now tie them tight enough to the point where its just enough for where blood can go through, then after all that, the mirrors would be implemented so they can do nothing but watch them and sleep.
