training for musclemass vs training for strength

ive been training for like a year now for muscle mass, out of the looksmaxxing philosophy but im curious what you guys think of training for strength or health instead?

pretty simmilar, health is just mostly cardio stretches and building muscle, strenght is laying 20 min and sleeping during ur rest between sets

muscle mass in itself is functional and healthy until bf% drops to an unhealthy percent or you have too much muscle (and you prob won't get there w/o steroids). unless you're lifting and pinning like a ifbb pro, there's almost no discernable different unless you go to extremes.

if u get stronger you build muscle, at least 99% of the tzime

yep, unless ur a hyper-experienced calisthenics monk that's been doing levers and planches for 10 yrs straight, and already exhausted ur newbie + intermediate gains.
