All of them are the same, all of them hate their own body and see an improvement after they mutilate it. Even if you surgery maxx well somehow, you will never be liked, everyone will feel and know you are still a weakling. Focus on your mental health, less about the what ifs of your already locked looks. You can only softmax so much until you head towards a dead end.

Sure. Someone who's transitioning to be a male is probably injecting the same sludge as some random roider. Both aren't necessarily natural but unfortunately free will exists.
