is 0.025% enough ? Never used tret before so im worried about jumping straight on 0.1%

Travelling to Egypt so will pick up at some chemist there and bring it home.

how long were u on 0.05 before ur skin adapted before u went on to 0.1

Run it few weeks and then you'll eventually upping the dosage
