Tretinion cream good?

Just bought 0.5 tret, anyone have any experience using it and could tell me if it works well or not? I am pairing it with GHK - cu, a lot of vitamin C and niacinamide for collagen.

been using it for years I truly recommend it! I also pair it with vitamin c! It’s a life saver. I personally didn’t have any “purging or tret uglies” from it but it did take around 6 months of using till my skin wasn’t randomly flaky some days
