you placed your blush way too low its making your face look droopy and put some on your nose to shorten your midface
id fill in brows and make them closer together, you can try eyelash extentions but bring your eyeliner up instead of outwards
the nose contour needs to be sharper and change all ur makeup shades to something more warm toned
