I had a palate expander and braces at like 14 and it did help, not a crazy amount but definitely noticeable

He'd genuinely have to get his teeth removed and replaced. I imagine before hand he'd have to go through upper and maybe even low jaw surgeries (likely ones used for people suffering from genuine deformities)

my advice would be respawn see you're much more sutile

tbh its not completely over but it will takea lot of effort almost no redeeming feature
