He is legally a minor. By court he cannot really be punished for much. Second of all, I never downplayed it. How does a young man learn to become like this? I remember him back on ORG in early 2025. He was rather different, he was 15. Much before he even made that server, which makes me think that he is not alone in what he has done. So if you truly take this seriously, go on and find the other folk in it who are most likely adults doing this crimes and report it to a cyber tip.
