Trying liver today

I personally can boil it or frying it and i can eat it, i don't mind the taste

But now since i'm taken and try to make Mrs.Tony eat liver for iron & overall health, i freeze the liver then reduce it into a sauce, than i'm adding to beef and/or deer stew, with the proper seasoning, vegetables and red wine
not to sound like a goatis r****d but it is unironically better raw because it’s not dry and disgusting
make sure ur getting it fresh tho

Like i said i didn't mind boiled/fried it back then, i haven't fancy tastebuds anyways (except for smelly cheese ew)

Now it's more like a sauce so no dry or liver/blood taste
make sure ur getting it fresh tho
Dw about i don't buy mine in supermarkets, it comes fresh from the farm and/or hunting
