Trying to ascend, desperate to look better

So i really just want some tips to get started, also i want to learn most of the important looksmaxxing phrases i just know some basic ones. I really want to get into it good and some really underground adivce that will really work. I try to mew and shit but other than that nothing related to looksmaxxing. I have skincare routine that contains of cerave foaming cleanser (the one for oily skin), COSRX hydrating essence (tbh im not in love ewith it, it doesnt do much jsut hydrate and im just trying to get it done and finished), a vitamin C serum, and i also use the COSRX all in one moistrizer. It's pretty basic but it works. I want to slim my nose but I cant get a nosejob, but i need some tips. Jawline aswell. I used to have a GREAT jawline when I was underweight, but I looked horrendous and really thin and anorexic looking. I have dark knees and elbows and I don't know how to lighten them. I want to get paler skin, again I don't know how. I want to get a better eye area and longer lashes so please recommend some good lash serums that will ACTUALLY work and won't ruin my eyes.
Please if you see this post, give me some advice and PLEASE do not tell me to just wait till I grow up because I am so done looking chopped. It is so fristrating when people insult you they come for yuor looks. If you can give me a rating aswell and just help me ascend I guess. I also want to start working out so it would be nice if you guys could give me some good workout to do. I want to get bigger hips and thighs with some abs. I'm 5'3 with a inverted triangle body shape. Some of these have filters but its really just changing the lighting. The last one is lighting with lashes. The second last one was me when i was very underweight so i lost that jawline but atleast i look better. The proof is you can see how much my hair grew. I also need some clothing and hair style advice because as you can see I have no idea what I'm wering or how to wear flattering clothing with some nice colors.
I really want to be htb and i think i do have the potential so PLEASE give me any advice no matter how known it is or how unknown, I'm DESPERATE to improve my looks and there is a reason I'm on his forum. Be as mean as you want, but follow it with some tips to improve my looks.
