Hello, I have been trying to find a hair thread that i remember i have seen before, it was a guide on how much shampoo you should use depending on your hair type, if anyone knows it and can share it I would be glad but I'll keep searching tomorrow.

No, it was one that said something like "do (x) days showering without using shampoo and then follow this weekly program of how many shampoo and conditioner you should use according to your hair type."
It also had tips about products to scrub your scalps with.
