Tuna (Nutritional Value)

I was planning on cooking some food for myself but i was too lazy too, and i noticed a can of tuna.

I usually eat tuna whenever my mom cooks it, i don’t understand the hatred people have for tuna, its nutritional value is actually really good for the small amount of calories you are consuming.

Im open to suggestions about tuna, like cooking method or anything of sorts.

Tuna sandwhich mix it with light mayo some juice from canned olives or pickle juice add italian herbs grill your bread with olive oil and serve with sweet pickles inside and olives
