corny to say but permanent solution to temporary problems

you have to make a conscious effort to keep your thoughts rational and not jump to overly pessimistic conclusions otherwise you'll stay stuck in the place ur at rn

I thought I'd never be able to change but I did

it is 100% your mindset otherwise every human on the planet would be suicidal
You don't have to overthink stuff

you're in a loop of making yourself unhappy and the outside world literally can't do anything for you atp you're the only one who can help yourself

I swear to God, I know you don't wanna hear it, but you can literally mentally do a 180. I did it myself. Your mind and perception dictates reality. Really think about this? Why do it?
