The brain itself predicts things that’s why ppls opinions on small things tend to diverge a lot

And why it’s so easy to trick the brain with images and 2 ppl can see different things or some ppl can even swap between things

Essentially everything ur eyes sees is a prediction from ur brain and thats where ppl who think everyone constantly hates them might be picking up on fabricated facial expressions they think ppl are making but actually aren’t

This goes for everything tbh that’s why living off of Micro expression analysis is not trustworthy even if you are convinced someone thinks something about you

It also leads to ppl wondering if they are crazy
