People always brag about “oh i studied 4 hours last night for this test” “oh i just worked 2 hours overtime” like its an accomplishment. All youre doing is showing that ur a slave who cant just sit down and reflect for once. It’s nothing to brag about just do what you need to do and move on with life. The ultimate goal should be to do nothing and just enjoy life wandering around wherever whenever. If u need to work to get rich so u get the financial freedom to do this then go ahead but there is no valor in the grind. All people (the ones that are smart enough) should shrive to be as free as we can but modern day society has taught us to value ourselves based on how much we slave away at work or school.
