i was a huge mentalcel a few years ago (i couldnt even say a few words sometimes) for a while but i also was good at improv when i was younger. right now i lean more to the latter and the first option its what people are taught to do in improv but a little bit more than just that. idk if i should move towards option 1 or option 4 tho
