UK: double jaw surgery on the NHS

I'm having a double jaw surgery as part of my NHS treatment to fix my underbite. Users here have told me I also need Le Fort as part of this. Has anyone here gone through this kind of surgery in the UK and knows if they generally avoid this part of the surgery or if its included whenever needed?

double jaw​


is a lefort(1 typically) and a bsso, wich refers to the cut in the lower jaw
